A LITTLE BOOK ABOUT YOU - RELATIONSHIP RESET
To every couple who chooses growth over comfort and hope over fear — This book is for you. For the two of you who, despite exhaustion or disappointment, keep showing up. For the partners who have every reason to quit but still choose to lean in. For those who understand that real love isn’t always soft and effortless but forged in the daily decisions to listen, to forgive, to reach for each other’s hands even when pride says pull away.
It’s for couples who recognize that a great relationship is not a fixed state but a living, breathing practice — built on small acts of courage, honest conversations, and the willingness to see each other’s humanity even when it’s messy. It’s for those who believe that hope is not naïve but a fierce act of resilience, and that choosing to grow together is the highest form of commitment.
Relationships shape not only how we see ourselves but also how we move through the world — the choices we make, the risks we take, the dreams we dare to hold. Even the strongest partnerships will meet squalls: misunderstandings that sting, seasons of distance, and the pressures of work, parenting, health, and money. Thriving as a couple does not mean living a conflict-free life. It means learning to ride the waves together — with commitment, awareness, and a willingness to keep growing even when it feels uncomfortable.

A LITTLE BOOK ABOUT YOU - THOUGHT LIFE
For as long as I’ve been working with people—listening to their stories, struggles, and hopes—one truth has stood out above all the rest: our thought life matters. The conversations we have with ourselves, often unnoticed and unexamined, quietly shape how we feel and what we do. Your thoughts set the tone for your emotions, your behaviors, and, in many ways, the direction of your life.
This Little Book About You-Thought Life is part of a series of short, accessible guides designed to help you better cope with life’s most common challenges—such as stress, anxiety, depression, frustration, anger, trauma, and relationship dynamics. Each book is written in a clear, straightforward style, making the concepts practical and applicable to everyday life.
This book focuses on one of the most powerful influences on your well-being: your thought life. It explores how your thoughts shape your feelings, behavior, and experience of the world. By better understanding the patterns of your inner dialogue, you’ll discover practical strategies to reduce distress and build resilience.

A LITTLE BOOK ABOUT YOU -
DON'T BUY THE LIE
For years, psychology has demonstrated how thoughts influence emotions and behavior. The Cognitive Model, pioneered by Aaron Beck, explains that negative automatic thoughts—quick, biased mental messages—can shape how we feel about ourselves and our world.
Every book I write begins with the same simple truth: we are all human, and being human is not always easy. Each of us has an internal story — the quiet narrator that shapes how we see ourselves and the world around us. For many people, that voice has been unkind for too long. It tells us that we aren’t enough, that we’ve failed too often, that we don’t measure up.
This book was written to help you challenge that story — not by pretending everything is fine, but by recognizing that you are far more resilient, capable, and worthy than the Lie has ever allowed you to believe. In my work as a psychologist, I’ve had the privilege of sitting with countless individuals who have faced incredible challenges — trauma, self-doubt, loss, and change. Every one of them carried a version of the Lie, and every one of them proved, in time, that truth is always stronger. Healing is possible. Growth is possible. And it begins the moment you decide to treat yourself with the same compassion you’ve been offering everyone else.
If you take one thing from these pages, let it be this: You are not broken. You are becoming.

Great products promote mental health and the importance of doing things differently to make things better. Challenge negative thoughts, be more aware of your thought life, track thoughts and feelings, and explore different ways to think about things.
